This position is able to be a remote work from home position. Must live in Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio, Tennessee or Texas to be considered.

SUMMARY: Provide planning, installation, administration, monitoring, maintenance, support and troubleshooting of various technology products. Troubleshoot and provide application support for all 3rd party application software.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Provide engineering and technical support for enterprise level applications including Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Okta, Workday.
  • Communicate with and solve problems to meet the needs of end users.
  • Train staff on the use of new and existing software from CRM and ERP systems.
  • Understand, apply, and recommend business and security standards to safeguard the integrity of application environment.
  • Participate in information gathering meetings with clients to determine client needs, business goals, and desired outcomes.
  • Solve problems, provide assistance to other departments, answers questions about technical functionality, and provide technical support for products.
  • Participate in large projects requiring analysis and design skills.
  • Assist manager with project management status, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Create and update user and technical documentation about supported applications and environments.
  • Keep current in the software field and stay informed and aware of latest industry practices and developments in application support and software design.
