Seeking a skilled Process Engineer to evaluate and optimize existing business processes. The candidate will lead improvement initiatives, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate with teams to define software requirements for better operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and document current business processes.
Recommend and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define software/system requirements.
Create process documentation and support change management efforts.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in process evaluation and optimization (Required)
1+ year of experience in specifying software requirements (Preferred)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
