Job Summary: The Captive Finance IT Program Manager will oversee and manage IT projects and programs within the captive finance sector. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions, and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, finance, and excellent leadership skills. Also managing multiple Project managers and work streams.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Lead and manage multiple IT projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 10 year Plus doing this level of Program management
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and team members. Develop and implement IT strategies that support the goals of the captive finance business.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including finance teams, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensuring that resources (budget, personnel, time) are effectively allocated across the program.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and programs.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints. Project of $10 million Plus and be able to coordinate many Project managers and work streams. Managing the program's budget and ensuring that projects stay within budget.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance, providing regular updates to senior management. Tracking program performance, identifying areas for improvement, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all IT projects comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project/program management, preferably within the finance sector.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and financial systems.
    • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
