Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in CRM platforms and IT Service Management tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in delivering technology solutions, with a focus on CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ServiceNow. This role requires strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience in managing complex technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical project delivery across CRM and ServiceNow platforms.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful implementation.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.

  • Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall-based execution models, depending on project needs.

  • Ensure effective stakeholder communication through regular updates, dashboards, and reporting.

  • Coordinate across internal IT, development, QA, and external vendors to ensure alignment and accountability.

  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when needed.

  • Oversee ServiceNow-related initiatives; certification in ServiceNow or a clear plan to obtain one is strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical project management.

  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Experience with ServiceNow; certification or intent to certify is a plus.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience working in enterprise IT environments.

  • Familiarity with integration strategies and middleware platforms.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
