Job Details

Client is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to lead and support project management efforts under a major enterprise-wide transformation initiative. This role is critical to ensuring the effective execution of complex IT projects, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, data governance, and technology modernization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple technology and transformation projects aligned with Client strategic goals
  • Manage Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Drive successful implementation of new commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions and SaaS platforms
  • Support large-scale data migration and data management governance efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and fellow project managers to align objectives
  • Lead meetings, track project progress, manage risks, and maintain key documentation
  • Provide timely project status updates and escalate issues as needed
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and continuity across project phases
  • Coordinate procurement and vendor management activities
