Role: Triage/Defect Management Consultant

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Type of Employment: Contract

Note: Looking for an Ex-AT&T Employee, with OSS/BSS experience. Kindly do not apply without meeting these requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in AT&T tech stack with BSSe stack experience.
  • Experienced in defect Analysis, Triaging and Troubleshoot customer focused issues and exceptions.
  • Strong Defect management skills to drive the resolution of defects during the testing and involved complete defect life cycle.
  • Work with tools such as Dynatrace, ELK, any point and other monitoring tools for capturing event data and package the issues for quicker resolutions
  • Ability to work with various ticket management systems such as (but not limited to) Track, AOTS, JIRA, SharePoint
  • Strong understanding of defect life cycle and end to end defect management process
  • Ability to work with end user and translate user challenges into technical terminology
  • Ability to work with multiple application teams for end to end defect resolution
  • Strong communication and presenting skills
