We are experiencing growth and we are looking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer in Orlando, FL.
You will be the Systems Integration & Test Engineer for the JASSM Integration Test & Evaluation (T&E) team. Our team drives the successful integration of JASSM/LRASM weapons onto the F 35 platform, delivering flight test ready solutions that keep the fleet mission ready and future proof.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Integration & Test Engineer you will be the technical bridge between weapon systems and the aircraft, enabling critical flight test activities. You'll own the preparation of Test Asset Life Extension (TALE flight clearance recommendations, and execute a variety of flight test tasks that ensure safe, on schedule validation of jettison, separation, and live fire events.
Your responsibilities will include:
Build, configure, and certify TALE assets for JASSM/LRASM flight test campaigns.
Develop and deliver flight clearance documentation and recommendations to range and aircraft authorities.
Conduct Functional Test Stand (FTS) certifications, System in Loop (SIL) testing, and pre flight certification activities.
Support jettison, separation, and live fire flight test events, including data collection, analysis, and post test reporting.
Coordinate with aircraft, weapon, and range stakeholders to resolve integration issues and maintain test schedules.
Generate test plans, procedures, and technical reports that meet program and safety standards.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the T&E organization.

Basic Qualifications
Active DoD Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in EE, Computer, or equivalent STEM degree. with 1+years of relevant experience.
Experience with hardware/software integration.
Proven ability to develop test documentation (test plans, procedures, test readiness review packages).
Experience managing flight clearance recommendations.
Experience building and preparing Test Asset Life Extension assets for testing.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented, rapidly changing environment.
Excellent technical writing, planning, and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities and a talent for building solid relationships.
Willingness to work overtime, occasional travel, and support off shifts/weekends as needed.
Desired skills
Missile flight test experience with Flight Termination Systems (FTS) and Test Instrumentation Kits (TIK).
Knowledge of missile launch sequence and control.
Debugging using telemetry, data collection, and data reduction tools.
Familiarity with MIL STD 1553 interface.
Experience with Universal Armament Interface (UAI).
Competence in testing and troubleshooting integrated systems.
Control room experience reviewing real time telemetry during flight tests.
Experience with test automation.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
