What you get to do:
- Participating in the analysis, evaluation, configuration, and alignment of the ERP software to ensure end-user requirements and objectives are met.
- Preparing periodic reports to assist management during budget preparation and production report preparation.
- Monitoring system operations to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Collaborating with the IT administrators and database administrators to ensure system security and data integrity.
- Training users in how to use the system.
What you need to succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in an ERP specialist role (ideally implementing it from ground up)
- Experience with implementing and advising organizations on best ERP practices
- Experience with MS Dynamics, Epicore, Oracle NetSuite, or another ERP (must have)
- Knowledge of SQL querying and performing database queries.
