Job Description:
Looking for an experienced program leader to drive a Salesforce B2B Sales Cloud and CPQ transformation for a Telecom company. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in B2B sales processes within the Telecom industry and a strong track record of leading cross-functional programs. This is a strategic, non-technical role focused on business outcomes and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall Salesforce B2B Sales Cloud and CPQ program, ensuring alignment with Telecom-specific sales strategies.
Collaborate with Client's sales, operations, and IT teams to optimize B2B workflows and improve sales efficiency.
Manage program milestones, stakeholder communications, and change management across the organization.
Translate business needs into actionable program goals without requiring technical implementation skills.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in the Telecom industry, specifically in B2B sales environments.
Proven success in leading large-scale sales transformation or CRM programs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ capabilities from a business perspective.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
