Description:
* Manage diverse administrative functions for a large, complex department or business unit.
* Consult with senior management to define and manage impactful projects.
* Oversee financial control, budgeting, and personnel processes.
* Drive process improvement, service quality, and business continuity.
* Facilitate communication and training across teams and locations.
* Coordinate project documentation and ensure alignment with objectives.
* Develop strategies for effective resource management and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business management functions including financial and workforce planning.
* Prepare technology executives for engagements with senior leaders and business partners.
* Coordinate between teams to ensure alignment and manage requests.
* Support executives in managing expenses and project portfolios.
* Drive strategic agendas and monitor performance and costs.
* Develop communication and engagement plans for executives and teams.
* Facilitate headcount planning and onboarding.
Qualifications:
* 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
* Advanced skills in generic office productivity software.
* Experience in managing multiple facets of an end-to-end business.
