Senior Business Analyst

• Deliver software Leading and conducting business analyses to formulate and make recommendations
• 6+ years Systems Development Business Analyst experience, ideally working in an Agile Scrum environment, with proven ability to work across multiple multi-functional team Analyze and document business requirements for Mobile applications.
• Expertise in various business analysis methodologies and techniques, including data
• Analysis, use case development, story writing, user acceptance testing, and product documentation.
• Grasp of the architecture and deployment needed to support web development
• Interact closely with Subject Matter Experts and partners across Fidelity Health Benefits domain to elicit Product requirements
• Work with UXD teams to support prototyping
• Experience with JIRA or similar agile backlog management and testing tool
• Translating business needs into defined and prioritized user stories for team s backlog
• Drive solution formulation with a multi-functional team
• Look for opportunities to innovate and take thoughtful risks to get work done better and faster
• Lead, facilitate, and drive individuals and group meetings to common goals
• Self-motivated team member with the ability to plan and complete work independently
• Maintain confidentiality of all data
• Providing consulting, support, and guidance to leadership, squad members, and other relevant partners to influence culture and behaviors

Desired :

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP ) certification or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus
