Position Overview:

HCM/UKG Configuration - Consultant (Payroll and Time Management with UKG Pro Reporting & Analytics)

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, Payroll, and UKG Pro Reporting & Analytics Configuration.
  • Expert-level knowledge in UKG Workforce Management configuration, particularly in Kronos and WFM (Workforce Management).
  • Strong expertise in Accrual Management.
  • High proficiency in CRT (Calculation Rule Table) creation, technical configuration, and integrations.
  • Experience in deduction and earning setup/configuration.
  • HR support experience for Benefits and Payroll in both Core and Back Office operations.
  • Hands-on experience working with the UKG Support team on system configurations.
  • Expertise in UKG Workforce Management to UltiPro (Ultimate Software) data integration.
  • Ability to establish processes for proactive monitoring, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring an audit-ready state.
  • Skilled in managing internal audits independently to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and effectively resolve employee inquiries.
  • Strong business partnership skills with a collaborative approach to building sustainable solutions.
  • Strong planning skills, high attention to detail, and ownership of deliverables within the assigned scope.
  • Prior experience with Workday Payroll and Benefits is highly preferred.
  • Career experience and passion for enabling HR operations through the efficient, compliant, and optimized use of technology.
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and develop new processes, automation, or workflow improvements.
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • Payroll processing, wage tax regulations, and administration of benefits and total rewards.
    • Compliance frameworks such as GDPR, FLSA, and others.
    • System integrations and inter-system reporting tools and methods.
