Location:Addison, TX (Onsite)

Compensation
Pay Range:$51.26-$73.24/Hrs

Description
Highly experienced in designing scalable, enterprise-level solutions.
Strong expertise in architecture and implementation of cloud solutions.
Deep experience with data management and customer service platforms.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
Excellent communication skills for interfacing with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture design and solutioning for implementations.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
Guide development teams by reviewing designs and ensuring best practices.
Engage in proposal development, presentations, and solution demos.
Provide strategic guidance on capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience with a strong background in solution architecture.
Proven experience leading real-time projects as a Solution Architect.
Solid understanding of data management and customer service platforms.
Ability to review, understand, and develop code.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
