Job Description: SAP BRIM Consultant (with ABAP)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) Consultant with strong ABAP development skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and support end-to-end BRIM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP modules and custom enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and design SAP BRIM solutions (Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA).
  • ABAP Development: Develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP programs, enhancements, and interfaces to support BRIM processes.
  • Integration: Work on integration with external systems (CRM, payment gateways, middleware) using APIs, IDocs, and Web Services.
  • Configuration: Configure BRIM components including SOM, CI, CC, and FI-CA.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure system stability, optimize ABAP code, and troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Support & Maintenance: Provide production support, resolve incidents, and implement change requests.
  • Documentation: Prepare technical specifications, solution documents, and user guides.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • SAP BRIM Expertise: Hands-on experience in Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and FI-CA.
  • ABAP Programming: Strong knowledge of ABAP, including Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits.
  • Integration Knowledge: Experience with middleware tools (SAP PI/PO, CPI) and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Financial Processes: Understanding of invoicing, dunning, payment processing, and revenue recognition.
  • Debugging & Performance: Skilled in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing ABAP code.
  • Project Experience: At least 2 3 end-to-end SAP BRIM implementation projects.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
