Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior AI Engineer to join our fast-paced software engineering team. As a part of this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by developing top-tier AI models and systems. This is a permanent position, offering ample opportunities for professional growth and development. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in AI, machine learning, and software development (ideally .NET/C#), who is passionate about leveraging these technologies to drive business value.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop sophisticated AI models and systems, focusing on machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into the company's products and services.
3. Leverage tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Grok to enhance the performance and efficiency of AI models.
4. Utilize .NET framework for the development and deployment of AI applications.
5. Engage in all aspects of the project life cycle, from initial concept through final implementation.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest AI technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for their application within the company.
7. Conduct thorough testing of AI models to ensure their accuracy and reliability.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models and systems, ensuring their optimal performance.
9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
2. 6+ years of experience in C# .NET development for web application development, including OOP, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
3. 2+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
4. Proficient in Claude and ChatGPT, and have experience with Gemini, Grok, or other related AI tooling
5. Proven experience in developing and implementing AI models and systems in a business setting.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex AI issues.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
