Epic Security Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Epic Security Analyst in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Provision and manage Epic user accounts, including onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding
* Execute high-volume access operations through ServiceNow, handling hundreds of Epic access tickets weekly
* Prioritize and route requests based on impact, urgency, patient-care considerations, risk, and SLAs; Escalate complex issues as needed
* Troubleshoot end-to-end access issues, including request intent, user attributes, role mapping, provisioning outcomes, and in-application authorization
* Document all decisions and outcomes clearly for audit and compliance purposes
* Perform Epic import/export tasks for user access and security configurations
* Collaborate on SailPoint/Epic integration or Epic blueprint projects (preferred)
* Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and data management related to access operations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Epic Security Certification with 3-5 years of experience in user account provisioning
* Strong knowledge of Epic import/export processes for access and security configurations
* Proficiency in troubleshooting access issues across multiple layers (request intent, role mapping, provisioning outcomes, in-app authorization)
* Strong documentation skills for audit and compliance purposes
* Excellent problem-solving and triage skills for complex access scenarios
* Effective communication and collaboration across teams and vendors
* Ability to manage high-volume ticket queues in ServiceNow, prioritizing based on impact, urgency, and SLAs

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
