Job Description:

>> Lead and oversee end-to-end program delivery across SAP Finance, HR, and Payroll transformation initiatives.

>> Manage large-scale global implementations, align business and technical teams, and drive successful deployment of ECP integrated with S4HANA.

Requirements:

>> 12+ years of overall SAP experience and 7+ years managing large SAP transformation programs.

>> Proven experience in SAP S4HANA implementation and SuccessFactors EC + ECP projects.

>> Strong understanding of HR-Payroll processes, integrations, compliance, and payroll controls.

>> Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

>> Experience with AgileHybrid delivery methodologies.
