Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ETRM Associate Director Product Manager to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients to define the scope of ETRM implementations, identifying and documenting business requirements, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Open Link Endur, energy trading, and risk management, as well as a strong ability to manage stakeholders and deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients, strategists, experience leads, and architects to frame business goals and value pools.
  • Develop product vision, strategy, and market/user research using design thinking tools.
  • Represent clients in ideation workshops to identify new ideas, customer needs, and solution options.
  • Establish customer journey mapping to guide product development and validate findings with user testing.
  • Translate product vision into a roadmap with well-defined, prioritized features.
  • Plan, deliver, and assure workstream deliverables while managing scope and design.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the business analysis team.
  • Generate innovative approaches to existing problems or new opportunities.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, keeping them informed and managing expectations.

Qualifications:
  • Working experience with Open Link Endur V16 & higher.
  • Understanding of different Market Managers in Endur.
  • Strong knowledge of crude and refined products business.
  • Experience in energy trading and risk management, with emphasis on oil trading and scheduling.
  • In-depth knowledge of derivatives instruments (futures, swaps, options) in US and Europe markets.
  • Hands-on experience with deal modeling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting within Endur.
  • Experience with PnL & exposure reports and simulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Good to Have:
  • Ability to understand business needs and convert them into functional requirements and solution designs.
  • Experience working with traders, operations, and market risk groups for new business/product setup and modeling.
  • Experience working with offshore technical teams and providing guidance.
  • Ability to provide training and prepare process guides as needed.
