Title: Communication Specialist - V (Change Management Lead)

Location: Overland Park, KS/Bellevue, WA/Frisco, TX (Hybrid/Remote)

Type of Employment: W2

Role Summary

5 10 years of change management or similar experience.

Focus: Develop and execute the change management and communication strategy for the HiredScore + Workday implementation.

Key Responsibilities (Must Be Able to Perform)

  • Develop a comprehensive change management strategy for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Create communication materials, including emails, announcements, and stakeholder messaging.
  • Support creation of training materials and readiness documents.
  • Work side-by-side with Company s TA Programs team and project team throughout the implementation.
  • Track project progress (likely using AirTable).

Non-Negotiable Requirements (Critical Must-Haves)

  1. Strong enterprise-level change management experience the person must have delivered change across large, fast-paced organizations.
  2. Experience with Workday.
  3. Demonstrated ability to roll out change to large user populations, preferably thousands+.
  4. Hands-on experience creating communications, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  5. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate in a fast-paced environment ( go-getter ).
  6. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  7. Familiarity with change management models (e.g., ADKAR), though formal certifications are optional.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have / Strong Pluses)

  • Experience with TA/Talent Acquisition systems or projects.
  • Experience implementing HCM, HR, or talent tools (e.g., HiredScore, ATS components, recruiting workflow tools).
  • Prior experience in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience with AirTable or similar project tracking tools.
