- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of Analysis experience, with a proven track record of delivery of complex technology projects

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical team members across the organization
- Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA desirable
qualifications:
- Previous experience with trading systems or brokerage technology
- Knowledge and experience of taking complex capabilities and breaking them into clear and concise requirements with well-defined value and acceptance criteria
- Experience understanding the technology and software architecture of an application
skills:
- Experience with AWS Cloud a plus, but not required
- Experience working with QA and business partners on test scenarios
- Experience detecting scope changes and escalation of issues
