Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Analyst, CRM Campaigns to manage the strategy, planning and execution of their marketing campaigns across channels (Email, SMS, app). This role is critical to driving direct consumer engagement across their enterprise. The Sr. Analyst will report to the CRM Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners to own the end-to-end marketing campaign process. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in marketing automation strategy and platforms, a passion for content planning and brand storytelling, and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns through personalization and segmentation strategies.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Own the execution of day-to-day Email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and content calendars across the enterprise branded house.
Manage campaign build, testing, and deployment using our primary Email Service Provider (ESP), SMS tool, or Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Attentive, etc.).
Lead content & creative coordination and briefing, working with creative/content teams and agency partners to develop and design assets, ensuring all communications ladder up to business goals, CRM strategy and brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with the CRM Data Analyst to translate advanced customer segments and insights into actionable campaign strategies, ensuring campaigns deliver highly relevant, personalized content across Email and SMS to maximize engagement and conversion.
Develop and implement landing page strategy & development to ensure a seamless and optimized customer journey from message to conversion.
Maintain a quality assurance (QA) process for every campaign, ensuring accuracy in segmentation, personalization, linking, and rendering across all major devices and email clients.
Optimizations & Channel Growth
Drive A/B testing & optimizations across subject lines, copy, send times, and creative to continuously improve key campaign metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions).
Deliver campaigns using Email & SMS best practices, including deliverability, sender reputation, inbox placement, and data privacy compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA).
Monitor industry trends & insights within the Email and SMS landscape and proactively recommend new technologies, formats, and strategies to maintain channel excellence and engagement.
Partner closely with the CRM Data Analyst to interpret and report on campaign performance and core KPIs, translating data into actionable insights.
