Job Title: Test Architect Banking Core Processing (Systematics SI) & TDM Virtualization

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Test Architect with deep hands-on expertise in banking core processing systems, specifically Systematics (SI) modules such as IMPACS, ST (Savings & Time), RM (Relationship Management)and other related modules. This role requires advanced proficiency in Test Data Management (TDM) using virtualization tools like Delphix, with the ability to build and maintain golden copy test beds, generate data subsets, and manage TDM data refresh cycles for continuous testing.
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end quality engineering strategy across large-scale, high-volume, regulatory-driven banking environments.
1. Test Architecture & Quality Engineering
Define the enterprise testing strategy for complex banking programs involving core processing systems.
Create architectures for functional, regression, integration, and non-functional testing.
Drive best practices in quality engineering, automation, and continuous testing.
2. Banking Core Processing Expertise (Systematics SI)
Work hands-on with Systematics SI core banking modules, including
o IMPACS Deposits & Transaction Processing
o ST Savings & Time Deposits
o RM Relationship Management
o Additional SI modules as relevant (e.g., Loans, CIF, Teller, Payments).
Translate banking workflows, transaction flows, and regulatory requirements into test strategies and scenarios.
3. Automation Framework Leadership
Architect enterprise-grade automation frameworks for UI, API, backend, and batch testing.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation.
Evaluate and adopt modern automation tools to improve coverage, speed, and maintainability.
4. Banking Expertise
8 -12+ years of QA experience with deep expertise in core banking, especially Systematics SI modules.
Strong understanding of deposits, retail accounts, payments, transaction posting, customer information systems, and financial product structures.
