We have partnered with our client in their search for a Senior Program Manager in Columbus OH


Responsibilities



  • This role partners with business leaders, finance and strategy to connect strategy to execution and is focused on portfolio-level adoption and execution of product standards, cadences, and portfolio-wide prioritization to enable products, product lines, and portfolios to operate efficiently in the organizational ecosystem.

  • Portfolio Operations is accountable for a portfolio's overall value delivery against business objectives, and provides integration coordination, communication and monitoring of
    key prioritization decisions within and outside a portfolio.

  • Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives

  • Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices

  • Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized

  • Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs


Skills Required



  • 7-9 years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization

  • Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives

  • Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies

    Key technical skills

  • Financial modeling: You must be proficient in building and running financial models, value assets and predict performance.

  • Advanced software proficiency: Expertise with financial software and terminals like ServiceNow, Excel, JiraAlign

  • Data analysis: The ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large financial datasets using tools like Tableau

  • Risk management: A solid understanding of risk management principles is critical for building diversified portfolios and mitigating risk.
