Role: Customer Support Engineer, EMS Reliance (XA 21) Product Developer Lead
Location: Remote
must skill: EMS, XA21, Reliance, SCADA, Power Systems
Role Description:
XA21/ Reliance Product Development activities, especially on the modelling side, understanding bugs and fixing them.
Ability to lead a team and assign activities related to product development
Aware of Agile Development activities, able to be tech lead / PO for Scrum teams. Knowledge transfer write user/technical documentation and case notes. Act as a technical resource for staff
Competencies: Utilities: Electric grid (Transmission and Distribution), EIS Power Systems, Core .NET Technologies, Digital: SCADA Security
Essential Skills:
Experience in modelling various electrical devices
Good Technical knowledge of the GE XA 21/ Reliance product
Good understanding of Utility Grid Operations Transmission systems.
Exposure to product development, well-versed with at least one technical framework like .NET
Working level experience in advanced power system management systems, apps like Power flow, Contingency analysis, etc
Exposure to product implementation, power utility on eTerra (GE)
Desirable Skills:
