Job Details

We are looking for a specific expertise in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) for a role at in Chicago.

Key Requirements Explained:
Strong Business Analyst (BA) Skills:

Should have a solid foundation in typical BA responsibilities:

Requirement gathering

Stakeholder management

Documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)

Facilitating meetings/workshops

Supporting development and testing teams

Knowledge in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety):

Must understand EHS concepts, systems, and terminology (like compliance regulations, safety reporting, environmental data, etc.).

Experience working on EHS tools or systems (like Enablon, Intelex, SAP EHS) is a big plus.

Requirement Gathering from Stakeholders:

The BA will directly interact with business users, safety officers, and compliance teams to:

Understand their needs and challenges

Translate them into clear and actionable business requirements or user stories for the technical teams.

Story Creation / Requirement Writing:

Must be able to write:

User Stories (in Agile environments)

Business Requirements Documents (in Waterfall or hybrid models)

Acceptance criteria for test cases

Good Communication Skills:

Crucial for:

Interacting with diverse teams (technical, business, compliance, safety)

Presenting findings clearly

Conducting stakeholder interviews and feedback sessions
