Job Details
Seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to design, build, and optimize the data platforms and reporting systems that power business decisions across the organization. This role will play a critical part in transforming how we captures, analyzes, and leverages data to support our operations, commercial, and corporate teams.
The Data & Analytics Manager will report directly to our Chief Financial Offer & work a hybrid schedule out of our Corporate Office in Costa Mesa, CA.
What You'll Do
* Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key business decisions
* Create actionable insights and provide strategic analysis to senior leadership and board members
* Design and manage data pipelines, architecture, and data sets across multiple systems
* Utilize visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to make complex data understandable and impactful
* Support automation and digitization initiatives to streamline manual business processes.
* Integrate new data tools and systems with our ERP and CRM platforms
* Explore and implement opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning for business growth
* Collaborate cross-functionally to develop a data-driven culture and ensure alignment on data priorities
* Must be able to comply with the U.S. Export Control Laws
What You Bring:
* Bachelor's degree required (quantitative business or STEM preferred)
* 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering in a corporate or consulting environment
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
* Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and data integration
* Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
* Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into clear insights for decision-making
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
* Experience with ERP/CRM or inventory management systems
* Familiarity with modern data stack tools (dbt, Snowflake, Databricks)
* Background in MLOps or AI platform implementation (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI)
* Experience with project management or agile methodologies
