Job Description

• Develop and operate critical cloud infrastructure and platform services to support public and hybrid cloud-based SaaS solutions for public safety customers.
• Utilize cloud computing platforms to design and build scalable services.
• Create and manage access to various DevOps projects.
• Design and deploy system-level infrastructure for customer applications.
• Maintain and update GitHub repositories containing scripts used by various teams to deploy applications into cloud environments.
• Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software development and deployment processes.
• Ensure the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of team communication, workflow, and operational intelligence solutions for mission-critical public safety and enterprise markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and efficient cloud-based solutions aligned with company's software enterprise goals.
• Provide technical expertise in automating infrastructure provisioning and application deployment processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure and services to maintain high availability and performance.

Basic Requirements

• Masters Degree or
• Bachelors Degree + 2 years experience
