Project Manager (Maximo EAM)

We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in leading Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) initiatives.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage the project plan covering various parallel work streams, tasks and client dependent application teams.
• Manage the work outcome from other resources as well to ensure that it is as per the quality standards.
• Adhere to a common set of best practices standards for project management, will foster effective and integrated planning and control mechanisms to significantly reduce the risk of schedule and cost overruns, and increase the ability to communicate and share program implementation information between contractor, client and other third-parties and stakeholders as appropriate.
• Advise client and the program governance workstream vendor of any indication that obstacle, potential risk or problem that may be developing.
• Work with Amtrak to address all obstacles, risks and identify mitigation strategies to reduce risk, remove obstacles and ensure continuous deployment process.
• Work with Client Program Manager and the Governance Vendor to monitor and maintain the Enterprise Project Management Schedule to serve as the unified schedule and will factor in dependencies and integration considerations with other impacting projects.
• Work with Client to update the project/product plan and milestone schedule after each weekly status meeting where revisions to the schedule have been made or recognized and distribute the updated project/product plan and milestone schedule concurrently with the minutes of each meeting.
• Work with client to define, manage and prioritize deliverables by getting feedback from all stakeholders.

Position Requirements

• Over 15 years of related industry and professional experience.
• Over 10 years of related experience in Maximo EAM projects
• Over 3 years of experience in Project Management and Leading.
• Good understanding of Maximo Techno Functional knowledge
• Good communication and problem resolution skills
