Day to day responsibilities:
Control Implementations (a mix of brand new or existing)
Primary around remediation around PCI Controls, Sox Controls
Client Description:
o Project Manager to help with some control implementation projects
o They use Jira, ServiceNow. They are not married to these tools. NO formal PM methodology since its project by project depending on the different teams.
Most important top three skills/experience:
Someone with a background in resolving in remediation and audit background.
Someone who is persistent and push through when things get stuck. They need to be structured and communicative, proactive. Additionally, needing to have someone that can persuade and twist arms to get things done.
o Someone that has worked with accounting firms would be great. A couple of years within SOX auditing.
o PM with infrastructure, security and compliance/audit background is ideal.
Somone who worked in similar environments. They have a messy environment/process implementation, no process or policy are in place yet. Someone from a structured environment like an established banking etc would not be the best fit.
