Job Title: Oracle HCM Administrator
Location: Hybrid 3 days onsite at 60 E Van Buren St, Chicago, IL 60605
Contract Duration: 1 Year with possible 1-year extension
Work Authorization: US Work Authorization Required (No Sponsorship)

Job Description:
The Client is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Administrator to lead and manage Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, and Performance Management. The role involves managing configurations, security, issue resolution, user support, and collaboration with HR and technical teams to improve system performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary administrator for Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management,

Recruiting, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation, Absence Management, and Performance Management.

Manage system configurations, security roles, and workflow setups in alignment with business requirements.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with Oracle support when

necessary.

Assist with timely and accurate issue resolutions, HCM system updates, patches, and quarterly releases,

including impact analysis, testing, and communication.

Partner with HR stakeholders to optimize HCM processes and user experience.

Support end-user training, provide functional guidance, and resolve user access or data issues.

Participate in strategic planning sessions, cross-functional projects and act as a subject matter expert on

Oracle HCM capabilities.

Oversee assigned tasks to Client current Programmer

Deliverables:

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of workflows, system configuration changes, change logs and

enhancement requests.

Monthly status reports summarizing key activities, risks, and recommendations.

Creation of training materials & technical roadmap development related to HCM.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

Strong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices.

Proficiency in configuring roles, security, workflows, and integrations within Oracle HCM.

Experience with quarterly patching, testing, and release management.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud and/or Oracle Payroll Cloud Certification preferred
