We are seeking a detail-oriented ZEMA Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating and enhancing trading data within the ZEMA system, ensuring high-quality data drives accurate decision-making and operational efficiency. You’ll also build dashboards and tools to proactively monitor P&L and support quantitative and risk analysis initiatives.
Job: ZEMA Data Analyst
- Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite)
- Duration/Term: Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Monitoring & Validation: Oversee daily uploads of trader curves, broker data feeds, consensus submissions, and public index data in ZEMA.
- Dashboard Development: Create tools and dashboards that highlight data discrepancies and enhance daily P&L reporting accuracy.
- Curve Modeling: Construct new forward curves upon request and improve existing ZEMA curve models.
- Quantitative Analysis Support: Assist with systems upgrades, Trading Risk Management automation, and analytical modeling.
- AI-Driven Reporting: Support AI initiatives aimed at improving trade book position and limit reporting.
- Financial Close Assistance: Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities.
- Cultural Champion: Promote a culture of risk awareness and high ethical standards, aligning with company values of excellence, integrity, and respect.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience analyzing data using Python.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Pivot Tables.
- Demonstrated interest in developing into a quantitative modeling and analytics role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills paired with strong risk-management sensibilities.
- A clear passion for data accuracy, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
