firstPRO inc. is looking for a Director of Integration Management for our client in Montgomery County, PA.

This is a full time direct hire position.

Remote opportunity. EST hours.

Position Overview:
As the Director of Integration Management, you'll lead our database administration (DBA) department, driving integrations while coaching, mentoring, monitoring, and controlling processes. Collaboration is key as you'll work closely with various IT departments to ensure seamless data availability, serialization, and integration across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the database administration (DBA) department, overseeing integrations and ensuring efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with other IT departments to facilitate seamless data availability, serialization, and integration.
  • Directly engage with analytics, application development, systems support teams to ensure system cohesion.
  • Manage database management (DBMS) responsibilities including backups, upgrades, installs, and maintenance.
  • Oversee and control integration services such as SSIS, stored procedures, and other ETL packages/platforms.
  • Implement effective change management processes with mitigation and back-out plan strategies.
  • Utilize expertise in various frameworks to drive integration efforts.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data serialization and persistence, both on-premise and in the cloud.
  • Architect and implement best-in-breed ETL tools and processes for enterprise-level efficiency.
  • Lead and guide solutions for business and technology integrations across various platforms.
  • Develop and maintain plans, schedules, and budgets for project execution and delivery.
  • Manage project risks and issues to ensure timely, scope-aligned, and budget-compliant project deliveries.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and excellence, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
