Role Overview
As a Program Manager Tech 3, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the infrastructure and cloud services for the Office product group. This includes driving incident management, leading Azure infrastructure initiatives, and ensuring delivery of key contractual programs such as Cosmic and France/Germany compliance efforts. You'll collaborate across technical and business domains, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.

- Lead and manage technical programs focused on infrastructure modernization and cloud services
- Drive incident response and resolution processes, ensuring minimal disruption to services
- Oversee Azure infrastructure projects, aligning with strategic goals and compliance requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and contractual obligations
- Develop and review functional specifications to guide implementation decisions
- Provide technical and analytical insights to product leadership to inform strategy
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders through status updates and reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

- Experience developing functional specifications and driving implementation decisions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
