job summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Analytical Data Support Specialist to join our team supporting vaccine and therapeutic development. In this role, you will assist in handling and processing analytical data, support lab operations, and help integrate digital workflows across CMC development functions. The ideal candidate will have a background in biology or data analytics, strong knowledge of bioanalytical tools, and hands-on experience with programming languages and platforms used in pharmaceutical data environments. This is a dynamic opportunity to work cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced setting contributing to global research efforts.

responsibilities:


  • Set up and execute digital data processing, transfer, and retrieval workflows.
  • Support non-routine experiments and data compilation for project advancement.
  • Maintain compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and internal SOPs.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical and data-related issues.
  • Collaborate with Analytical Development, Process Development, and Global MSAT teams.
  • Maintain laboratory systems and participate in lab upkeep.
  • Compile and analyze experimental data for reporting and decision-making.


qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Data Analytics, or a related scientific discipline with 2+ years of experience; or Master's in Data Analytics/Bioinformatics.
  • Understanding of bioanalytical workflows and pharmaceutical lab environments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regulated setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and contribute in a team-based environment.


skills:

  • General knowledge of bioanalytical techniques.
  • Programming: C#, SQL, Python, R, Rust, JavaScript, NoSQL, GO, Swift.
  • Tools & Platforms: OSIsoft PI, PI AF, Grafana, SIMCA, SAS JMP, Visual Studio, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift.
  • Experience with ETL, data warehouse design, and data visualization platforms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data systems and contribute to process optimization.
  • Understanding of applicable regulations in biopharmaceutical research.
