Compensation:
Pay Range: $48.02-$68.60 Per HR
Description:
Develop and manage marketing campaigns across owned channels, focusing on email and other digital platforms.
Design and execute A/B tests to optimize message components and achieve campaign objectives.
Create data-driven strategies to enhance marketing performance using basic statistical analysis.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to create personalized and impactful marketing messages.
Implement tracking systems to assess campaign effectiveness and provide insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, test, and analyze marketing campaigns.
Own the design and execution of A/B tests.
Generate hypotheses for marketing performance improvements.
Collaborate with various teams to develop compelling messages.
Implement measurement systems for evaluating campaign success.
Qualifications:
4 years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
Proven experience with complex A/B and multivariate testing.
Ability to work in an unstructured environment and manage tradeoffs.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Advanced skills in spreadsheet software.
