We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Agile Product Owner to lead initiatives in Product and Material Master Data, with a strong focus on SAP and Global Data Synchronization Network integration. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who excels in cross-functional collaboration, data governance, and driving business value through agile delivery.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of proven success as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
- Experience in SAP Master Data (MDG, MM) and GDSN standards.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Deep understanding of data governance, synchronization, and enterprise data architecture.
- Agile certification (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog for master data domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and stakeholder needs.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and foster a high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and prioritize development efforts.
- Drive data quality, governance, and compliance across SAP and GDSN platforms.
- Collaborate with IT, supply chain, commercial, and data governance teams to ensure seamless integration and synchronization of product and material data.
- Serve as a key communicator and change agent, influencing stakeholders and guiding teams through transformation.
