Salary: $90.00 USD Hourly - $100.00 USD Hourly
Description:

Position: Technical Program Manager

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Execution
  • Own end-to-end delivery of finance-related initiatives, managing scope, timelines, and outcomes
  • Build and execute integrated plans across multiple teams and domains
  • Forecast and manage team budgets, resources, and capacity

Strategic Planning & Roadmapping
  • Partner with business, product, and engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps
  • Document deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
  • Apply regulatory and functional expertise to shape multi-year capability plans

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with senior executives, product managers, and technical teams to drive alignment
  • Present demos, status updates, and risk mitigation strategies to leadership, including SVP level

? Risk & Change Management
  • Identify and proactively address risks and blockers to ensure program continuity
  • Support and facilitate technical change management aligned with delivery milestones

Technical Integration & Continuous Improvement
  • Partner with engineering teams on system migrations, architecture compliance, and security protocols
  • Champion agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise programs in a Finance Technology domain
  • Strong understanding of finance platforms, data migration, and technical architecture
  • Demonstrated success in agile program governance and cross-functional team leadership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
