Collaborate with cross functional teams in Operations, Programs, Finance and Supply Chain on initiatives to expand your skill set through continuous improvement efficiency projects. Develop and improve business processes with the focus on improving materials, warehousing and planning business performance through management of material shortages, warehouse optimization and metric reporting. This exciting opportunity will expose you to supply chain flow, problem resolution, apply principals which control the flow of approved materials and ensure on time delivery to meet production requirements. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Currently enrolled in JR or SR year Supply Chain / Business program
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Personal computer skills
Microsoft Suite knowledge, especially Excel (mid to high level skills)
Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently and part of a team

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $35600 - $48100

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
