You ll own the requirements lifecycle, prioritize with clarity, and help implement solutions that enhance business continuity. You'll partner closely with devs, product owners, and internal users across RevTech, FinTech, and Production Ops to scope features, manage implementation details, and turn operational problems into sustainable systems work.
Experience and Education:
  • 6+ years in BSA, systems analyst, or product ops roles
  • Led Salesforce focused initiatives, ideally including Field Service or Service Cloud
  • Experience working alongside rev ops, sales ops, and/or IT integration teams
  • Familiarity with NetSuite data flows and how ERP connects to CRM
