Job Summary
The Enterprise Analyst will work closely with IT and be a member of cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity via technology. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.
As an EA Team Member, each person must have flexibility in the duties they perform. Tasks may include operational responsibilities not directly related to initiatives but will be within the professional's core skill set.
Principle Responsibilities: (Essential Function)
Software Development Analysis, including detailed Business Requirement, Functional Design/Specification, QA/UAT Testing, Implementation and Post-Implementation processes.
Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
Coordinate the efforts of team members and, when appropriate, third parties in order to deliver business initiatives according to requirements.
Utilize problem-solving skills to improve procedures and processes, resolve system deficiencies and implement enhancements.
Proactively seeks opportunities to improve processes and procedures in support of customer satisfaction.
Closely liaise with cross-functional team members.
Assist the EA Management team with process improvement and other duties not related to specific initiatives.
Undertake tasks as required.
Provide administrative support as needed.

Education:
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is requested. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Working Relationships:
Maintain inter-divisional relationships to resolve client issues.
Effectively communicate with EA team members, cross-functional teams, Management, and third parties.
Other Requirements:
This position will be full-time in office initially, with opportunities for remote work after approximately 30-60 days
