Service Desk Analyst I

Our client is seeking a tech-savvy and service-driven individual to join their Service Desk team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex IT problems, enjoys helping others, and can juggle multiple issues while delivering exceptional customer support. You ll be on the front lines supporting corporate teams, warehouse staff, and retail store employees across a wide variety of technologies.


  • Location: Scottsdale, AZ - Hybrid
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $22-25/hour
  • Duration: 6-12 month contract
  • No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You ll Do:


  • Handle 40 50+ inbound calls per day, supporting issues related to hardware, software, mobile devices, networking, and more
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving routers, switches, hotspots, virtual machines, password resets, and scanners
  • Use ServiceNow to manage tickets, document resolutions, and escalate when needed
  • Guide users through self-help knowledge articles while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism
  • Work across multiple support channels phone, email, chat to resolve multi-issue tickets effectively and efficiently

What Gets You the Job:


  • Minimum 2-3 years in a high-volume call center or service desk environment
  • Strong experience supporting PCs, Windows OS, hardware, and various enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system (ServiceNow highly preferred)
  • Confident troubleshooting skills across networking, software installs, password issues, and mobile devices
  • Excellent multitasking ability, strong communication skills, and a genuine drive to solve problems
  • Bachelor s Degree preferred
