Core work on LiveVox outbound campaign working with both business and technical teams

Detailed Job Description:

  • Call Center experience in NICE InContact with Studio Scripting.(Omni channel scripting)
  • Call Center experience in LiveVox with designer Scripting.(Omni channel scripting)
  • Good knowledge on API ; Snowflake integration; SF Marketing cloud
  • SME on
  • LiveVox dialer /Smart Reach with scripting
  • Nice Personal Contact Dialer.
