Business Analyst/Product Owner- (Manufacturing/Logistics Domain Only)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with excellent communication skills and strong analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support project delivery, particularly within manufacturing, logistics, and quality management (QMS) environments.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

·       Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.

·       Facilitate requirement workshops, meetings, and discussions.

·       Perform gap analysis and propose effective business solutions.

·       Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating results.

·       Work with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

·       Communicate project updates, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.

·       Analyze manufacturing and logistics workflows, including production planning, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain processes.

·       Support optimization of logistics operations, material flow, and manufacturing lifecycle processes.

·       Work with QMS-related processes, including quality control, compliance, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.

·       Ensure alignment of business processes with manufacturing standards and quality regulations.

Required Skills:

·       6–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

·       Proven experience in Manufacturing, Logistics, and QMS environments.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must-have).

·       Strong understanding of BA tools, methodologies, and documentation practices.

·       Experience working with stakeholders across operations, quality, and IT teams.

·       Experience writing user stories and business/functional requirement documents. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

·       Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

·       Ability to collaborate with business, technical, and QA teams.

·       Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain domains (must-have).

·       Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, production workflows, or ERP systems related to manufacturing/logistics.
