Job Description:
Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr
  • The Guidewire ClaimCenter Test Manager is responsible for validating the functionality, performance, and integration of Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations.
  • This role works closely with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure configurations and customizations meet business and quality requirements.
  • The individual will lead on-site and offshore resources, oversee testing execution, and ensure effective reporting and stakeholder communication.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • GWCP migration experience from on-prem to cloud.
  • Ability to lead on-site and offshore developers.
  • Experience developing testing strategies.
  • Ability to monitor test execution.
  • Full ownership of quality assurance activities.
  • Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  • Prior experience as an SDET in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Experience implementing Agile and DevOps processes.
  • Knowledge of behavior-driven development and object-oriented design.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as MSTest, TestNG, NUnit, JUnit, Selenium WebDriver.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes.
  • Experience in database testing, including designing and manipulating test data.
  • Coding experience with automation frameworks and mobile testing tools.
Good to Have:
  • Insurance domain experience.
  • Guidewire experience.
Experience:
  • Experience with test strategy development and execution.
  • Experience leading distributed teams (on-site and offshore).
Responsibilities:
  • Validate Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery.
  • Oversee and guide end-to-end testing activities.
  • Manage reporting, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Support Agile and DevOps practices within the QA process.
