Program Manager job responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and security standards.
- Oversee compliance initiatives across frameworks such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and SOC2, ensuring timely execution and audit readiness.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, including technical teams and executives, through regular updates, presentations, and governance meetings.
- Drive Agile program execution, leveraging tools like Jira to track progress, manage risks, and optimize team performance.
- Monitor and report on program health, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and maintain visibility across leadership.
- Manage program budgets and forecasts, performing variance analysis to ensure financial accountability and resource optimization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of program management experience in the security domain.
- Proven expertise in managing security compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and executive teams.
