Job Description:
We are looking for a GTM & Analytics Specialist to manage end-to-end tracking, analytics implementation, and conversion measurement across digital marketing platforms. This role focuses on GA4, Google Tag Manager, and paid media tracking to ensure accurate performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM)

  • Set up and maintain GA4 properties, events, and key conversions

  • Configure and test Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), and LinkedIn pixels

  • Track form submissions, phone clicks, button clicks, and ecommerce events

  • Debug and resolve tracking and data discrepancies

  • Ensure cookie consent and Google Consent Mode v2 compliance

  • Support reporting and explain analytics insights to stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Google Tag Manager (Advanced)

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  • Conversion & event tracking

  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads tracking

  • Basic JavaScript (for tracking/debugging)

  • GTM Debug, Tag Assistant, Pixel testing tools

Nice to Have:

  • Looker Studio reporting

  • Ecommerce tracking experience

  • MarTech or Ad Operations background
