Job Description:
We are looking for a GTM & Analytics Specialist to manage end-to-end tracking, analytics implementation, and conversion measurement across digital marketing platforms. This role focuses on GA4, Google Tag Manager, and paid media tracking to ensure accurate performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Set up and maintain GA4 properties, events, and key conversions
Configure and test Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), and LinkedIn pixels
Track form submissions, phone clicks, button clicks, and ecommerce events
Debug and resolve tracking and data discrepancies
Ensure cookie consent and Google Consent Mode v2 compliance
Support reporting and explain analytics insights to stakeholders
Required Skills:
Google Tag Manager (Advanced)
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Conversion & event tracking
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads tracking
Basic JavaScript (for tracking/debugging)
GTM Debug, Tag Assistant, Pixel testing tools
Nice to Have:
Looker Studio reporting
Ecommerce tracking experience
MarTech or Ad Operations background
