Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of key projects. In this role, you will collaborate with teams across Tech, Product, and Operations to drive execution, manage resources, and continuously improve our project delivery processes.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution
    Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and progress. Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    Identify risks and roadblocks early. Proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and partners. Ensure transparency and timely updates.
  • Process Optimization
    Continuously improve project workflows and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Tool Utilization
    Leverage tools like Asana, Jira, Slack, and Notion to manage tasks, track progress, and report on key metrics.
  • Budget & Resource Management
    Monitor budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.


Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a tech-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Slack, Notion)
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
  • Background in hospitality or experience working in a startup/small company environment
  • Project management certification (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2)
  • Technical background in software development, UX/UI, or related fields
