Job Description:
- The Test Automation Lead will be responsible for leading the testing team in designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- This role involves collaborating with development teams, mentoring junior testers, and driving best practices in automation and quality assurance.
- Lead the testing team in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Cucumber, Selenium, and Java.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts and scenarios to validate software quality and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, track, and resolve software defects.
- Monitor testing progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on testing standards, automation practices, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, and Java.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing test automation frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in test automation or software testing are a plus.
