Job Title: Project Manager (Pricing Systems & Ops Initiatives)

Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA

Contract: 9-month W2

Pay Rate: $58-$64/hour (based on experience)

About the Role:

Our client, a global leader in e-commerce and cloud innovation, is seeking a highly organized and analytical Project Manager to support complex operational initiatives across pricing systems and vendor payment workflows. This role requires strong project ownership, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact results in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects from kickoff through delivery with a focus on pricing workflows and vendor payment systems.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables; manage resources and stakeholder expectations.
  • Create detailed reports, dashboards, and executive updates summarizing project health and outcomes.
  • Develop SOPs and operational procedures; support user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
  • Apply deep analytical thinking to optimize systems and uncover process improvement opportunities.
  • Drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams to ensure on-time and high-quality execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree and 4-7 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within e-commerce, tech, or operations-heavy environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding system workflows.
  • Business analytics experience and ability to dive deep into data to inform decisions.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience with large-scale e-commerce platforms or operational tooling.
  • Exposure to vendor management, costing/pricing systems, or payment workflows.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and UAT processes.
