Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Onsite)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the migration from Callidus CPQ to ServiceNow SOM for a leading Hi-Tech SaaS client. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CPQ implementation, SaaS subscription models, and Quote-to-Cash processes, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on Callidus CPQ migration to ServiceNow SOM, ensuring seamless transition and process optimization.
    Lead analysis and design for Quote-to-Cash and Opportunity-to-Order workflows.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, GTM, Legal, Finance) to design scalable solutions for SaaS environments.
    Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend solutions based on hands-on CPQ implementation experience.
    Define and document business requirements, workflows, and system interactions.
    Support configuration, pricing, quoting, and packaging for SaaS products.
    Provide expertise in dynamic pricing, discounting, bundling, and subscription billing models.
    Ensure integration alignment between CPQ, CLM, and subscription management tools.

Required Experience:

  • 9+ years of experience implementing CPQ solutions (Steel brick CPQ, Callidus CPQ, or ServiceNow SOM).
    3+ years as a Lead/Architect with solutioning responsibilities.
    Deep understanding of SaaS business models, BRIM, and subscription lifecycle management.
    Proven ability to design and assess solutions using Callidus CPQ or ServiceNow SOM.
    Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    Experience in workflow, approval management, and user management.
